Welcome to Dave Lepard's Hapkido! This program meets twice a week at the Bulkeley Middle School Cafeteria and is open to anyone 14 years and older, with an exception for ages 12 & 13 if accompanied by an adult. The fee is $140 for the session and $10 for drop-ins. The first week is free for anyone who wants to try it out. Questions? Contact Dave: 931-626-7058.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
We begin with bowing in, followed by a moment of meditation.
We stretch out our wrists and count to 10 in Korean.
We then do a warm up followed with an interval type workout.
Then a good session on stretching.
We then will do a group activity, ie. kicking, or strikes, with some rolls and falls.
Then the class breaks up to work on individual rank advancement, based on the curriculum.
We usually end the night with some more advanced Hapkido techniques.
