This fitness program will consist of a mixture of circuit training exercises ranging from stretching/yoga, cardiovascular endurance, and core/back strengthening. In addition, it will encompass Tabata training, upper/lower body isometric strength building, and plyometrics. The exercises can be modified for each individual based on skill, fitness, and age level.
STUDENTS: $96 (fall/winter sessions) / $72 (spring session) / $12 drop-in
EACH ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER: $40 (fall/winter sessions) / $30 (spring session) / $5 drop-in for each parent/guardian who attends
